•Design the new process maps flowcharts in coordination with the new core banking system implementation consultant and process maps consultant companies.
•Establish the customer service back office center.
•Evaluate, analyze, identify opportunities for improvements, define and re-engineering policies and procedures bank wide and establish instructions to resolve conflict between operating departments through continuous operations and business review.
•Establish controls instructions and include Central Bank of Egypt regulations and legal instructions for new and amended procedures including the new bank’s forms, enhance, re-design and update old forms.
•Participation in system test and oversee features and approve of operating procedures and related forms.
•Set annual review plan and monthly formation of review teams of branches, set branches rating, discussion and circulation of monthly review report along with discussion of findings and weak control points with branch manager for immediate corrective action.
of Retail Lending Operations consist of: Payroll, Pension & Direct Debit, Installment Lending, CBE & Insurance and Fully Covered Facilities departments.
•Head of Cards Operations Center consist of: VISA Settlement, Chargeback & ATM, VISA Issuance, Investigation and Smart Card Operations departments.
Major Achievements
•Design, structure and establish of Retail Lending Operations Division and re-engineering of workflow, desk instructions and related policies and procedures of all retail banking operations functions and retail new products.
•Conduct independent snap check to review effectiveness of controls and ensure complying with CBE and Tax Authorities’ requirements and instructions.
•Report deficiencies, weaknesses to Retail Banking Credit / Retail Banking Operations Heads for appropriate actions and coordinate with Network Branches, Direct Sales Agency and Retail Banking Credit to ensure smooth flow of work.
