Duties and responsibilities:
•Reported to Vice President.
•Maintain and develop technical product and material specifications for the business.
•Establish and implement procedures for the introduction of alternative or new raw materials to both sites including trial processes.
•Liaising with marketing, purchasing and production staff.
•Running trials to check packaging for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions.
•Work collaboratively with Production and Quality to ensure maximum technical input is provided to specifications and procedures.
•Keeping up to date with technological innovations by attending international Exhibitions.
Damad is a well-known Medical products manufacturer company in the Middle East.
They have a packaging division produce all Kind of Poly Bags, Blister foil, Paper Bags
Sterilization Pouches and Indicator Labels .
Duties and responsibilities:
•Reported to Plant Manager.
•Controlling all the daily printing, activities inside the plant.
•Analyzes production Parameters and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
•Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
•Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned Job order.
•Prepares production reports.
•Prepares lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
•Prepares purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
•Coordinating between production planning and purchasing department to maintain the packaging material stock.
•Coordinate with quality controlling/assurance department to maintain the packaging material quality.

Duties and responsibilities:
•Reported to Plant Manager.
•Making production plane in coordination with Sales department.
•Maintaining the Production cost.
•Maintaining production target and controlling production waste.

Duties and responsibilities:
•Reported to Plant Manager.
•Generating new packaging products in response to briefs .
•Ensuring that packaging products meet Customer requirements and specifications .
•Producing samples to try out different materials and designs .
•Liaising with marketing, purchasing and production staff .
•Running trials to check packaging for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions .
•Controlling production and quality standards .
•Evaluating, selecting and negotiating with suppliers .
•Identifying and choosing products from suppliers .
•Writing reports.
•Keeping up to date with technological innovations by attending international Exhibitions.
