In January 2016, i have founded and created The HR Gate, a unique platform for recruitment and commercial consultancies and organisational development services. since that date, The HR Gate achieved lots of gratitude and appreciation letters and thankful emotions for its efforts.
As the General Sales Manager, I was responsible for setting the annual sales target for the whole organization and creating and implementing plans to conform reaching this target.
The main task as a Business Development Manager is to coordinate between the Commercial
departments (Sales & Marketing & Technical), also a major part of my work is creating concept papers
and procesees to facilitate the between departments work
Created Smart Vision company including company registeration and selecting the HQ location
and picking the right employees to do the job.
Also managed the senior level of staff holding the business and guided them to do the job.
As a regional Commercial Director, my tasks were mainly managing the sales, marketing and customer service teams, creating strategic plans and business models to acheieve the annual target assigned by the CEO while raiding our company name.
As a Sales/Marketing manager in Huawei Telecom company, my main responsibilities were focusing on customer needs, seeking new opportunities and trying to overcome all difficulties to achieve the deal and do the sale.
AS a Marketing Manager, i was head of Business Products section, my main responsibilities are doing market surveys and analysis about the competitors and also develop marketing plans and products and/or services to be aligned with market needs.
