Dealing with and administration of all Hail university projects (the Owner is Hail university), These projects include the following activities, but not limited to:
•Aspects of Technical, financial and contractual.
•Communication and dealing with the client and the contractors, to act on behalf of the company in all matters relating to projects.
•Manage more than 30 highly experienced engineers to oversee the projects.
Dealing with and administration of about 7 projects in the Madinah region (Hotels in central area), with a total value of around 450 Millions Saudi Riyals.
Dealing with and administration of about 59 projects in the Riyadh region (the Owner is The Ministry of Interior), with a total value of around 2.25 billion riyals.
