Technical Manager, Business Automation Development. leading digital transformation and intelligent automations helping business partners to achieve business goals through RPA and other automation technologies.
• leading two global teams the Robotics Process Automation as well as Automation center of excellence team. Both teams are part from the business process transformation program. RPAt team using blueprism and UIPath as core technology in addition to other tools while Automation-CoE uses HP Operations orchestration as the core solution to automate the activities across the global Data Center. We follow Agile framework delivering assigned demands and we do follow ITIL to operate the business as usual BAU work.
• Effectively resolve Incidents following ITSM process.
• Administrate multi-tier application component “Apache, WebLogic and Oracle database".
• Investigation with the vendor to find the issues root cause and apply permanent fix.
• Perform application deployments and upgrades according to the change management process.
• Develop scripts to ensure service reliability and keep it controlled using SVN
• Creative usage for the logs by creating visual dashboards using Splunk
• Handle 24H support regarding TE-Data’s Hosting solution.
• Install, configure, and administer various systems (UNIX-Like, UNIX, Microsoft).
• Support, maintain and develop the up and running systems and applications.
• Monitor the T3 data center with different monitoring systems.
• Gathering details to build most suitable environment supporting the business requirements.
• Enhance current solutions from standalone plans to high availability plans.
• Design internal solutions to support cost efficiency decisions.
