- Participate in building the new Enterprise Risk Management Dept. policy through assessing the KRIs of the whole entity departments including operation, finance and corporate departments.
- Responsible for constructing defaulting model related to the listed companies in the stock market.
- Assess Tadawul's investing portfolio to ensure compliance with the board policy.
Analyze credit proposals and feasibility studies to evaluate risks, returns and feasibility of projects to assess clients fairly.
Prepare reports and present cases of new clients to the senior committee in order to reach to clear and fair assessments.
Participate in different bank teams which includes Strategic Business Targeting, Portfolio Monitoring and Basel 3 Compliance representing the Risk Department.
Review the facility contracts before presenting them to our clients in order to ensure including all terms and conditions of the concerned authority approval.
Ensure compliance with credit and corporate policies of the bank and SAMA
- Negotiated and advised for new contracts with different organizations and companies.
- Scheduled and planned projects phases to ensure acceptable ratio of the completion and time elapsed.
- Prepared project reports that explained all phases details of the ongoing projects I worked on.
- Administrated the quality assurance of some new projects the company had.
- Helped in designing and developing new communication systems like portable low frequency receiver and LEO and GEO satellites observing with KACST.
-Promoted some products to new clients.
-Helped in negotiating existing clients to renew contracts with the company.
