Brought on to develop the F&B platform for the leading conglomerate retailers and shopping mall developer in the MENA Region.
Acquired 6 new international brands and negotiated all terms of each agreement with the principles of each brand including concept and brand market validation.
Prepared 5 year strategic plan for the F&B division including a full financial feasibility studies.
Designed a full structure of the division that satisfies the five year strategy and worked closely with all business units leaders to in other verticals to align visions and strategist.
Updated the board of directors quarterly on the strategies, the progress of the division formation and its timeline.
