Job responsibilities:
• Lighting and power system design for new construction and for renovation projects.
• Design review for checking over design mistakes, miscoordination and violation to local and international codes and standards.
• Shop drawing review against design and for violation to local and international codes and standards.
• Existing systems technical evaluation for renovation purpose.
• Redesign of systems based on site situation.
• Site technical support through sketches and calculations
• Preparation of bill of quantities
• Technical evaluation of bidders’ documents.
• Technical evaluation of material submittals prepared by subcontractors.
• Material selection and preparation of material submittals.
Projects participated in:
- Al-Salam Palace Renovation Project - Jeddah - KSA:
Renovation of Royal Palace in Jeddah for interior services and exterior/ infra-structure works, security systems, building controls and decoration modifications.
- King Abdul-Aziz Center for World Culture - Al-Dhahran - KSA:
An Iconic project, consisting of an administrative Tower, Cinema, Auditorium, Great Hall in addition to other spaces utilized for children discovery.
The project is under Saudi Aramco specification and supervision.
- King Abdullah Waqf Project (300, 000m2 BUA) - Madinah - KSA:
A commercial and residential complex consisting of 5 hotel towers and a general podium including parking levels, retails and a mall area.
- Jabal Omar Development Project- Makkah - KSA:
A commercial and residential complex consisting of 37 hotel and seasonal residency towers.
Job responsibilities:
• MV network design, electrical S/S design.
• Power system design including load estimates, feeder and feeder protection sizing, distribution system design, power system analysis.
• Lighting System design including luminaires selection based on the function of area of application, respecting acceptable illuminance levels, lighting uniformity, glare and color rendering indexes.
• Emergency lighting system design both central battery and self-contained batteries.
• Earthing and lightning protection design.
• Preparation of bill of quantities and method of measurement.
• Preparation of project specifications.
• Participation in design concept preparation.
• Managing project submissions respecting company’s quality procedures.
• Coordination of electrical design with other trades
• Technical evaluation of material submittals submitted by main contractors
Projects participated in:
- Development Of King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project (1, 500, 000m2 BUA) - Marwa Tower- Makkah - KSA:
A 29 storey residential building, in addition to service and technical floors.
- Development Of King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project (1, 500, 000m2 BUA) - Hajar Tower- Makkah - KSA:
A 37 storey residential building including royal and tent floors, in addition to service and technical floors.
- Third Saudi Extension Of Madinah Haram - Madinah - KSA:
A multi-function project introducing bus stop areas, car parking areas, in addition to toilets and ablution areas the projects is consisting of piazza level, a foot print of 35, 000 m2 and four under-ground levels.
- Shameyah Expansion To The Holy Haram - Makkah - KSA:
The recent expansion to Makkah Holy Haram, introducing an additional expansion of three floors in addition to roof and basement.
The expansion includes additional praying areas, toilet and ablution areas and their relevant service areas.
- Princess Noura Bint Abderrahman University - Riyadh - KSA:
University campus comprising 21 academic buildings, a hospital, a research Centre, a library, staff and student Housing and a CUC covering power supply, heating and air conditioning needs of the project.
