Manage a group of qualified staff to conduct the following tasks with the purpose of enhancing the Risk profile of the Bank:
• Reviewing and recommending the New Facilities and Loans Packages for Large Corporate, Project Finance, Restructured Finance and Financial Institutions be submitted to the designated authority for approval;
• Reviewing and Recommending the Facilities and Loans Annual Review Packages and Interim Transactions;
• Regular Analysis and Screening of the Bank Portfolio concerning Industries, Risk Rating and Concentration;
• Quarterly Stress Test with different scenarios on the Bank Portfolio and its impact on the required provisions;
• Close Monitoring of Clients account behavior and financial performance;
• Following up the Corporate Banking visits to stand updated on the clients business performance and situation;
• Adopting efficient Flagging System by conducting a monthly review on the reports to be extracted related to the clients performance;
• Updating and Amending the Credit Policy to be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.
