- Leading a team of development engineers and working on developing their technical and creativity skills- converting any idea to a physical product from freehand sketch, photo, 3D file or a sample.- Prioritizing product and user requirements with respecting quality standards.- Designing several products of acrylic & composites such as Bathtubs, Shower Trays, Wash Basins and accessories by using 3D modeling programs like Solid Works & CATIA.- Creating all of Workshop Drawings.- Following up all manufacturing stages of the new product till getting the sample approval.- Researching, developing and obtaining new knowledge applicable to the company's business needs .
Very good experience in operating CNC Plasma Cutting machines.
