My job role is to set and maintain PBX systems ( Selta, Mitel and Panasonic ), light current systems like ( CCTV, Access Control and Fire alarm ) and also working as an IT Help disk Engineer .
Responsible for commissioning, installation and the maintenance process for Makady Resort, Sea Garden Hotel, EMEC , UAS and Petrobel PBX systems + (AVIT) Aviation information technology, Katamya Airport, Red Sea Hotel and IC wiring factory CCTV systems, Working as an IT Help desk engineer for Haz Misr Company .
My job role is to sell Vodafone Items - or products - and to handle the customers and solve their problems, my previous experience and studying helped me a lot in a lot of cases specially the technical ones like routers configuration and customers mobile data problems, i learned a lot of skills that enhanced me a lot like team work, self motivation, hard working, leadership - as every one of us is a leader of one specific task -, time management and also creativity .
Worked as a maintenance engineer, my job role was to diagnose problems - software and hardware - of HTC & Lenovo smart phones and communicate with HTC & lenovo companies to ask them for the required spares - even software or hardware - that needed for the repairing process .
