- Electrical systems design including sizing calculations, SLD drafting, protective relays coordination and system analysis.
- Reviewing contractors' submittals and assure their compliance with issued specifications and project requirements.
- Inter-disciplinary coordination as well as coordination among different contractors to ensure perfect integration and plant operation.
Procurement of projects, plant and long term services.
•Duties:
- Review requisitions and bid documents.
- Understand the project’s technical scope and general requirements.
- Conduct pre-tender studies to determine the suitable bidders to be invited.
- Prepare Commercial bid documents and Issue tender invitations.
- Conduct techno-commercial studies for the submitted offers.
- Contracts negotiation.
- Make payments according to the contractual obligations.
- Continuous follow up on issued purchase orders and contracts.
- Lead finance, logistics and customs clearance departments in resolving any problems that may arise.
- Deal with claims (shortage, damage, wrong deliveries.. etc).
