- Ensure that all financial transactions are updated and maintained for the assigned area and these are recorded on time and accurately in addition to conduct proper set up, preparation and submission of accurate financial reports and other information, as required by the management and to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures in respect of financial transactions in accordance with the company’s requirements.
- Meet daily operations of the Account’s receivables team and set goals and targets to be met
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Checking and posting receipts to accounting systems
- Complete month end/year end book closing
- To ensure closing of sub ledgers and produce all reports on a timely basis
- Analyze the debtors aging and initiate and follow up on overdue outstanding
- Interact with legal department for action on defaulters
- Negotiating re-payment plans
- Proactively address receivables issues and correct any discrepancies
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure all audit schedules are prepared with accuracy, reconciling with account balances as well as answering all
audit queries and close all open items from the audit findings
- Support sales for the preparation of a launch payment plan and monthly payment plan pre-launch and post launch activities including the accounting setup in
oracles.
- Ensure maintain updates records
- Collaborate with collections department to reconcile on periodic basis
- Report all adhoc request within expected time frames
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and quality
- OTC (order to cash) senior accountant
- Handle accounts’ receivables in relation to customers’ accounts in IMEA region.
- Ensure cleared customer’s accounts
- Manage the deductions of the customers’ accounts
- Deduction Expert for IMEA region
- Ensure proper handling for credit management activities
- Settle incoming payments with open items that are outstanding on customer’s accounts & communicate with local countries to troubleshoot errors and
respond to enquiries
- Investigate and resolve or recommend problem solutions while clarifying and solving of deducted and disputed items
- Ensure monthly month end order to cash closing and reporting requirements
- Maintain hands on knowledge of all processes performed and, where needed, assist in processing to meet deliverables
- Work on credit management activities and support the whole region (when needed)
- Suggest new process improvements and ideas to improve the current Order to Cash process
- Adhere to ISO and corporate standards, follow up with the team to ensure proper execution
- Handle level 2 escalations
- Act as a point of contact in assisting colleagues in resolving Order to Cash issues and provide support during critical working days
- Train newcomers on technical operation and day to day business
- Work on process migration in corporation with team lead/tam manager asses the white spots if any
Revising the cycle of purchased inventory with the warehouses (In-Out balances)
- Following up on local and imported purchases transactions
Rework and market return
Following uo on supplier’s stock count
Perform random stock plan
Revising the purchases cheques
Material price change and price effect
Record on the system and reconcile it with the warehouse Ensure Month end closing
- Revise and approve the credit cards and loans
