OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
•Reporting to CEO.
•Direct and oversee Engineering Department Team, and make sure of an effective and efficient implementation of the policies and processes that ensures the proper execution of the company projects.
•Prepare Engineering Operation plans, budgets and setting the targets of engineering key success indicators.
•Develop and maintain engineering organizational structure with defining roles and authorities that facilitate achieving its objectives and vision.
•Recruit and retain a qualified staff according to engineering structure as well conduct training and coaching for the team to ensure the high level of performance.
•Propose an effective compensation system that can lead employees towards the achievement of engineering objectives in cooperate with HR.
•Promote engineering strategic platform to Engineering team and make sure of full understanding that make the implementation smooth and effective.
•Oversee the implementation of Engineering plans and Measure the performance while follow up correction of the deviations.
•Motivate effectively Engineering team towards achieving the Objectives.
•Study the submitted drawings from outside design offices; Survey the quantities in the drawings and arranging the bill of quantities with the specifications.
•Send invitation for contractors and material suppliers to submit quotations and select the most suitable contractor and suppliers for the specific project.
•Supervise the works during construction period in regards to quality and quantities.
•Follow up with finance department to finalize payments to the contractors and suppliers.
• Project Manager for Landscape Works in the Project of “Telal El-Alamin Resort” in North Coast (Elsa7el Elshamaly)
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
• Reporting to Project Manager.
• Supervise all the Landscape works of the project such as (Retaining Walls, Swimming Pools, Roads, Interlocking Pavements… Etc.).
• Study the submitted drawings; Survey the quantities in the drawings and arranging the bill of quantities with the specifications.
• Make the monthly invoices for the Subcontractors and the Owner.
• Motivate effectively Engineering team towards achieving the Objectives.
• Supervise the works during construction period in regards to quality and quantities.
• Follow up with finance department to finalize payments to the contractors and suppliers.

•Building (20) Buildings in (Shorouq City)
•Asmarat City (Mokattam)

•Supervise all the works of the project such as (Construction Works, Architectural Works, Mechanical & Electrical Works).
•Study the submitted drawings; Survey the quantities in the drawings and arranging the bill of quantities with the specifications.
•Make the monthly invoices for the Subcontractors and the Owner.
•Motivate effectively Engineering team towards achieving the Objectives.
•Supervise the works during construction period in regards to quality and quantities.
•Follow up with finance department to finalize payments to the contractors and suppliers.

• Making internal finishes of 10 flats in Nasr-City, Sheraton-Buildings, Heliopolis & Alexandria.

• Making internal finishes of chalet in the North-Coast.
• Supervising construction works of 3 Villas in Obour-City & New-Cairo.
• Site Manager "Senior Civil Engineer" in the Project of Vessel Traffic Information Management System (VTIMS) under Supervision of Lockheed Martin Overseas Corporation company (LMOC) at gulf of Suez from Suez-City to Safaga-City ( 11 sites) with cost of 50.0 million dollars (Constructing and supervising all construction, finishes and Infrastructure works).
• Site Manager "Senior Civil Engineer" in Microwave Towers Project (ILS Network) under supervision of American Embassy in Egypt (Construction Works).
• Site Manager "Senior Civil Engineer" at Amira Resort in Marsa Allam City (Constructing and supervising all construction, finishes and Infrastructure works).
• Quantity Surveyor Engineer for all the items of the different projects.
