Strategic Project Management
• Managed planning, coordination and implementation of various construction projects of Saudi Border Guard related to roads and highways.
• Led the development, implementation and updating of efficient processes and policies for project planning and scheduling, monitoring and control, forecasting and reporting to improve overall project performance.
• Established and administered a project communication system to ensure smooth collaboration among all project stakeholders as well as conflict resolution.
• Developed and implemented a high-grade project reporting system with essential templates to enhance effectiveness of project controls.

Tendering and Bid Management
• Gathered requirements of various territories of the Border Guard, established scope of work, criteria and specifications as well as contracting strategies to deliver project objectives.
• Prepared and reviewed tender documents and request for bids (RFB) packages for assigned projects ensuring compliance with Saudi government requirements for competitive bidding and procurement, general specifications and standards, FIDIC terms as well as applicable national and international standards like AASHTO and ASTM.
• Led the process of solicitation of bids and proposals from a diverse group of vendors, technical and commercial evaluation of bids, recommending and releasing contracts for various project packages to obtain best prices and terms.
Project Monitoring and Control
• Worked closely with the management teams of various ongoing projects to monitor and control project execution across the design, surveying, material engineering, construction, quantity surveying, quality assurance and reporting.
• Participated in the implementation of effective methodologies related to quality assurance and quality control of road construction covering surveying, design of horizontal and vertical alignments, earthworks, road layers, asphalting, concrete structures, miscellaneous works and traffic control devices.
• Established project milestones, conducted regular reviews of progress and status, identified opportunities and implemented action plans to improve project quality as well as schedule performance index (SPI) across various project stages.

• Conducted regular project reviews to measure progress and status, identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement and implemented action plans to improve project performance and outcomes.

• Worked as Project Engineer for the project for Dualization and Rehabilitation of Jeddah - Jizan Highway #5 Section 7 from Addarb Triangle to Wadi Bayed containing 15 bridges and 55 culverts. Completed and delivered the project to the owner - Ministry of Transportation
• Participated in the project for Rehabilitation and Dualization of the Ismailia - Suez Road
