Working in enterprise department on ERP product including Financial, HR, SCM (Supply Chain Management). Handling SCM modules which is include (Inventory, Item Management, Purchasing, Fleet, Maintenance, Manufacturing) that runs on different fields (Telecom, Manufacturing, Schools) having more than 60 Clients like (Version Mobile South Africa, VIVA Cell Armenia, Manaseer Group Jordan, International Amman Academy School also Sharara Oil Services in Libya and many other customers. Our product is web based application developed using C# Microsoft .Net, J query and Oracle data base. My responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Preparing daily workloads for staff & co-coordinating the daily allocation of work.
• Managing teamwork using Scrum methodology.
• Develop agile N-Tier web application based on object-oriented standards.
• Handling new client enquirers and acting as the face of the business.
• Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
• Working with the sales and marketing team to drive sales forward.
• Mentoring and training up junior and new staff.
• Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.
• Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
• Implementing new initiatives.
• Involved in the recruitment of new staff.
• Praise team members and creates a positive working environment.
• Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly.
• Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
Using the following languages and tools:
ASP.net, C#, Oracle database. HTML, HTML5, BOOTSTRAP, CSS, Crystal Report, XML. Web Services, Java script, J-query, Json, AJAX, TFS.
• Translate Business Rules (BR) into code blocks.
