• Translate the regional office strategy plans and budget into annual sales plan with sales team to meet the sales targets & budget.
• Provide leadership of the sales & marketing and customer service dept. - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
• Recruit, appraise, train and develop subordinates.
• Participate in agency management activities and proactively develop smooth cross-functional collaboration within the agency. Address any internal problem head-on.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of sales and marketing so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost effective service to customers.
• Participate in the identification and evaluation of potential new accounts to assess which are most likely to increase revenue and contribution.
• Provide good market intelligence to trade and corporate marketing.
• Prepare the monthly performance evaluation report to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Receive and analyze sales reports on competitions, win & loss business and to prepare the commercial export report.
Had studied in English language school, then in high school had joined G.C.E (general certifcate of education, London university
