Develop and manage Airlines and Electronics Co-Brand Cards
Grow and maintain positive products (P&L)
Strengthen cardholder loyalty by enhancing co-brand products value proposition

Implement Cross-sell/Up-sell, Cost-Effective Channel Migration and Loyalty Management initiatives
Develop acquisition and usage programs across an extensive suite of credit card products
Leads the development of new products including product construct, go to market plans, channel strategy, card designs, campaign and partnerships
Implement and develop usage strategies to existing customers and add benefits/loyalty programs
Undertake new initiative of enhancing cross sell opportunities and reduce products CPA
Launch strategic initiative in all new and existing reward program, co-brand and specific rewards
Develop an increased optimizing of the multi-channel delivery mix and the role and importance of each channel (Online Banking, Phone Banking, Call Center, ATM and POS)
Implementing Strategic business projects for all the alternative channels in order to exploit market and customers insight in term of management alignment and integration with different sectors across the bank
Provide support to business development team by participating in planning and marketing activities
Initiate market analysis, market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis
Plan and manage new business marketing strategic plan, including the recommendation of the channels marketing objectives as well as monitoring of key performance indicators
Manage the Small Business affluent segment
Develop strategies to enhance market share, revenue streams and overall profitability of this segment
Identifying and evaluating new products development opportunities and producing comprehensive products proposals and recommendations
Getting a clear in-depth understanding of customer needs in various segments
Aligning business priorities of business partners with segment needs and priorities
Manage Sharia compliance on initiatives
Assist in originating, conceptualizing, developing investment products and private placements
Assist in evaluating economic information related to the investments in residential projects
Preparing financial projections and highlights for the real estate growth
Provide forecasting data to the sale department to be used as a basis for marketing strategies.
Supervise the preparation of all sales statistics and monitors results achieved by sales department
Develop basic policies for recruitment and training of all sales and marketing employees.
Coordinate and direct the company's advertising programs with advertising agencies
Develop and deliver training for sales representative.
Plan, design and create new marketing courses.
Supervise trainees in job bases
