A - Product Engineering division
(1) Planning, organizing, and direct Engineering to meet company objectives for design, new products, and improvement of existing product lines.
(2) Selecting the correct design concepts and technologies used for new products or improvement for existing ones.
(3) Establishing procedures to maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and safety in product designs and applications.
(4) Working with customers to ensure that products conform to customers' requirements then representing the customers inside the manufacturing plant.
(5) Planning, organizing, and direct Engineering for institutional product approvals.
(6) Reviewing and approving catalogues and marketing brochures.
B - Quality division
(1) Designing, documenting and implementing suitable methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
(2) Ensuring product quality. This will include the inspection of incoming material as well as in process and final inspection of completed product.
(3) Promoting and executing quality standards, inspection processes, and test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
(4) Developing, executing and analyzing quality-reporting measures.
(5) Reporting to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
(1) Directs all manufacturing operations (Planning, Product Engineering, Production, Quality, and Plant Engineering).
(2) Managing the utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives.
(3) Controlling all manufacturing processes, production flow, and throughput.
(4) Maintaining authorities over business plan, budget, and scheduling.
