EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & TRAVEL COORDINATOR TO THE CHAIRMAN
Spearhead day-to- day operations of the office, organize and maintain files and records. Plan and schedule meetings and appointments. Announced arrival and departure information, using public-address system. Confirmed reservation for telephone customers or tickets agents which help them to travel conveniently. Examined passenger’s ticket to direct passengers to specified area for stacking.
