My position is responsible for receiving the customer in a friendly manner and hearing well all of his complaints and writing them in service agreement and walk around the car
Then opening a job card in internal system and handle it to the job controller to start repair then following up with work shop and if further repairs are needed
Following up with customer to explain to him what are the extra repair needed and why they are important to be done and seeking his approval
Then deliver the car and after service follow up with customer
