1. Handle service related customer complaints
2. Trouble Shooting/ repairing overhauling & fault finding of CAT earth moving/ & construction equipment viz. Backhoe Excavators, Wheeled Loaders, Tracked Excavators, Tele-handlers etc. on site / garage according to the Job assigned by the Service Engineer.
3. Assembles mechanical components or assemblies for earth moving machines and heavy equipment machines.
4. Modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications.
5. Set up and conducts tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate on equipment performance.
6. Recommends appropriate/ necessary repairs on machine or changes in parts
7. Taking corrective & preventive action on Machines.
8. Coordinate with spare parts dept for parts requirement
9. Dealing with electric and hydraulic circuit diagrams
8. Verify the completed job against customer complaints.
1-Perform maintenance & repair actions according to customer needs.
2-Commissioning Rigs & Cranes at the customer job sites.
3-Provide the customer with the needed spare parts.
4-provide the customer with any technical assistant required.
Responsible for the maintenance of all Heavy Equipment Machines in the site like
( Drilling Rig's, Wheel Loader, Crawler Crane, Diesel Engine Generator, Diesel Engine Compressor & Diesel Engine Welding Arc ) at the following sites:
•Orascom Equipment Main workshop.
• Bank BNP Paribas Building in New Cairo
•Nile Corniche Project Qatari Diar
