Job Responsibilities:
• To plan and prepare executive programs for Procurement and Stores Department in accordance to company objectives.
• To develop and monitor the implementation of procurement and stores policies and procedures to ensure process transparency, fairness, impartiality, and confidentiality.
• To coordinate with the project management to prepare the procurement plan for materials and services required for the project, in addition to the dimensions and location of site store.
• Implement, review and develop recent warehouse management procedures to enhance materials transactions, such as receipt, issue, transfer and return.
• To prepare and monitor procurement and stores department budget.
• To establish and deliver cost management targets, to ensure achieving maximum value for money.
• To monitor market trends and delivery systems to evaluate material availability and alternative sources of supply.
• Follow up quality objectives with relevant unit heads, evaluate the results and suggest proper solutions to counter bottlenecks.
• To review and evaluate total supply chain risk such as, evaluating the overall supplier health, subcontractor qualifications, and stores safety and security to minimize and eliminate risk.
• To develop effective collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure strategic and operational needs are fully understood and fulfilled.
• To maintain communication with contracts department to ensure all agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• To maintain communication with finance department to ensure all due payments for Vendors have been carried out according to the purchase order payment terms.
• To negotiate and manage major agreement with suppliers, to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms.
• To review and approve materials and Subcontracts’ price comparisons within his authority.

Managing fulfillment of all company demands of materials to serve successfully all company projects using resourceful strategies to accomplish cost-effectively, best quality and planned scheduled delivery time supply chain management.
The Company has diversified business lines such as Roads & Highways, infrastructure & construction, oil & gas, EPC, facility management, asphalt, and concrete plants.

• prepare and implement all material purchasing plans to meet company needs.
•develop purchasing unit through proposing development plans and section goals.
•ensure all received purchasing requests been executed within required period.
•maintain communications with project management for purchasing of materials and equipment needed within required quality and allocated budget, and obtain feedback on purchasing service level and outcomes.
•review purchase orders to ensure accuracy of information in accordance with approved material price comparison and its compliance with company policy and procedure, and approve/recommend purchase orders within his authority.
•direct and oversee vendor’s negotiations for optimal prices, suitable payment terms, quality requirements and delivery times.
•develop and maintain effective relationships with current and potential vendors.
•resolve disputes with vendors. (Delay supply of materials, non-conformity of materials to the required specifications….. etc.).
•ensure all items information and purchasing data are updated on ERP (SAP) on a regular basis.
•evaluate all vendors performance and make recommendations to improve purchasing processes.
•coordinate with store unit to manage inventory items and returned materials from projects.
•participate with Contracts Department to finalize vendor’s agreement.•To review Purchasing unit reports and KPI(s).
• evaluate Purchasing team performance to identify their work efficiency and provide guidelines accordingly.
•Purchasing materials from (local/international) market for all projects, (construction, infrastructure, oil, maintenance, roads, water).

• Preparing and updating Purchasing Section Quality procedure and related forms.
• Since Jan. 2013, we are working all our processes through Enterprise Resources Planning "ERP", SAP Systems Application Program

1. planning of the tunnel project:
a) praparing of afile including : drawing, drive report, predrivechek, surveyor sheet, time study, material list, setup drawing.
b) Checking of all material is ready on site.
c) Spare parts are ordered.
d) Machinery for shifting must be ordered by the forman
2. supervising of the drive.
3. preparation of the new drive

•Infrastructure projects:
1. designed and drawing all studied plans and profiles on the AutoCAD program.
2. site engineer for the micro-tunneling machine, street lighting.
3. as project manager (from 01/07/2003 up to 01/*08/2003).

2-Infrastructure projects:
• design and studies local computer network between the main center in dara’a city and all centers.
• Maintenance personal computers(hardware, software)and network.
