Monitor, control, supervise and audit all financial operations.
Managing the daily operations and strategic objectives of all account’s cycles through maintenance and management of all accounts business functions and procedures according to International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
Preparing the financial statements, Profit &Loss statement for each month to discuss it during the monthly meeting for the board of directors and comparing the items for the Profit &Loss reports with the monthly budget for profit &loss to each expense and discuss the variance if it is under or over the prepared budget explaining reasons of these variances. Prepare the balance sheet details for reviewing by the board of directors Preparing the necessary analysis charts for profit and loss reports statement which make the presentation for Profit &Loss items easier and faster to reach the weak points to handle.
Respond to auditors’ comments and oversee required actions to address deficiencies.
Coordinate and follow up the monthly bank statements reconciliations, cash balances, Transfers between accounts (external and internal) and clients’ collections. Reconcile Fixed Assets elements for the Fixed Assets’ register reports with balances at general ledger and the same to accumulated depreciation of Assets comparing with general ledger.
Ensure the accuracy Fixed Asset’s depreciations calculation ratios compatibly with the (IFRS) International Financial Reporting Standards and post it to the general ledger (Sun Accounting System).
Supervise payment of monthly liabilities each on its due date according to Franchise Contract, Payroll Tax and Unemployment Risk Insurance taking in consideration that there balances agreed with the general Ledger.
Monitor the Stores’ balances to control and advice the strategy stock.
Prepare the forecast for revenue and expected expenses on weekly basis according to both international’s economy changes and Middle East area
