• Setting up goals for the projects' BIM workflow and requirements management
• Coordinate the process and check that the models work together for all departments
• Make sure that the information is interoperable and up to date
• Identify and document clashes between different discipline models using Navisworks
• Keep a record of BIM models and their status for all departments
• To develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up
• To implement BIM training modules for key staff and maintain training course ware.
• To participate in the process of developing BIM standards for projects across the company
• To develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of families
• To ensure that the implementation of Revit aligns with company CAD-BIM Strategy and links appropriately with the wider business
• Review Revit “warnings” to help keep model problems to a minimum
• Attend project kickoff meetings to help ensure that everyone understands the BIM process
• Creation and/or maintenance of your company’s Revit project templates
• Run Clash Detective on the predetermined portions of the assembled files (ex: Piping vs. Stru Steel, HVAC vs. Stru Steel, etc…)
• Generate Clash Reports for each discipline and distribute to the necessary discipline members
• If necessary, work with each discipline to help clarify and resolve any identified clashes
• Leading internal Coordination Meetings that are attended by all project team members utilize Navisworks to review the Clash Reports with the attendees to identify all relevant clashes

prepare and review structural shop drawings (reinforcement and form work), working on complicated bar bending schedule at the different projects.
