Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate all social activities of the local partners and field officers to ensure
that activities are implemented in a coordinated and phased manner, in accordance
with minimum standards, approaches and best practices
- Identify local partner’s capacity strengthening needs through appropriate coordination with relevant technical and administrative focal points
- Prepare detailed implementation plans and spending plans in consultation with the
team and partners.
- Develop social engagement approaches for a better community mobilization and
participation in order to improve the access to communities.
- Work closely with the MEAL department to develop the MEAL framework,
including concrete and measurable indicators, as well as other tools that allow for
timely monitoring and effective evaluation of the project.
- Ensure good coordination and collaboration with consortium members
- Ensure that accountability mechanisms are embedded in the program with
functioning communication methods and feedback handling mechanisms in place
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking and filing of all project’s activities in line with project objectives

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake outreach to key community leaders to access, engage, and mobilize the local communities in a targeted areas.
- Deliver awareness raising sessions on GBV and CP related topics.
- Establish and support community based group structures to address protection concerns at community level
- Provide case-management to people accessing and enrolled in GBV
- Provide appropriate psychosocial support to the persons enrolled in the project
-Lead in identification and capacity building of a pool of outreach volunteers and support them in co- facilitation of awareness sessions, safe identification and referral, and counseling.
-Support community volunteers in planning and implementing community initiatives.

-Plan, elaborate and design curriculums and activities for all beneficiaries (life
skill trainings, awareness sessions, focus group discussion, learning and social
recreational activities, international community events, and outreach activities).
-Conduct variety of structured activities (Awareness, Recreational and non-formal
education) physically and remotely, info-sessions and focused group discussion
- Conduct psycho-social support and life skills sessions to children, youth and

- Supervise and evaluate PSS activities on the field including life skill trainings
and recreational activities
- Contribute to establishing and implementing operational work plans, setting clear
targets and activity plans for ongoing project for the PSS component
