Responsible from Pre-K to Grade 1 class.
• Supervise the raising of School tuition accounts and control collections in a manner designed to reduce the risk exposure of the School to bad debts and to maximize cash flow.
• Assists in performing general ledger accounting functions as needed and entering it on Al Motamem Software/ Synergetic Software.
• Maintains a wide variety of financial information, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Preparing Salaries/contracts for teachers, employees.
• Prepare on a daily basis the daily student reports and students fees.
• Coordinate between the travel agents and the teachers to book their flights.
• Maintain and manage all paper works relating to sales personnel.
• Assist in resolving customer complex issues and needs.
• Support and assist sales team in preparing sales reports.
• Support marketing teams in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• handling all correspondence and organising contacts between the sales executives and their customers.
• taking, progressing and monitoring orders.
• keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management.
• Provide support to sales teams in achieving hundred percent results.
• Ensure that budget outlines are followed
