* Verify patients’ eligibility for medical services prior to their admission;
* Schedule appointments for patients and ensure they are admitted to nursing stations and /or Medical Officer’s room in an orderly manner when necessary; carry out clerical and minor administrative work including, but not limited to, assisting patients, and filing and checking attendance records and leave applications for the Health Centre’s staff;
* Maintain, update and complete patients’ health records; arrange and document patient referrals;
* Record daily registration and statistical data; compile statistical and other data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and yearly reports and other special reports; update the health database on number of visiting patients as required (per gender, age, clinic, etc.);
* Maintain reports, correspondences, forms and referrals;
* Perform such other duties and assignments as may be required.
I studied Applied Business Computer (ABC), or named as Management Information System (MIS) at Lebanese University- Saida/Lebanon; and have experience in the data entry and secretarial field for almost two years.
