Liaising with internal consultant and management to ensure effective meeting of grading and standards.
Handling the health insurance program of the company.
Arranging for the yearly events/ activities.
Responsible of checking the daily attendance sheets and take the necessary actions.
Recommend, develop and maintain human resources databases.
Compile and keep personnel records.
Compile and type reports from employment records.
Monitoring/illustration the implementation of polices & procedures.
Handling training courses arrangements.
Assisting the management in recruiting process, (filtering applicants’ CVs, contacting potential candidates, preparing tests, and preparing the offers.
Planning meetings and recording the minutes of meeting.
Providing administrative support, Sending and receiving e-mails and faxes on behalf of management.
Preparing leave balance sheet to the head of HR.
Making travel arrangements and schedule conferences.
Acting as a liaison with employees and the managing partner
Preparing expenses reports and controlling suppliers’ purchases.
Follow up with dealers, and preparing Purchase Orders
