Being the network and Domain Controller Administrator by Creating/editing users and Group Policies (GPs) and providing different levels of Privileges/restrictions per user.
Daily monitoring the health of File Servers (windows Server 2008 R2), E-mail queue (MS Exchange 2010), HP D2D and MSL library, and Tape Backups using Symantec Backup Exec.
Maintaining and diagnosing all Hardware in the Data Center of the entity including the Main Storage, SAN Switches, backups, and servers.
Daily editing the Content of the ECSSR website using Documentum web publisher and designing and developing pages for specific occasions (UAE National Day, Tarahamo).

Renovating the ECCSR IT Helpdesk by using a web-based application accessing the Domain controller data and SQL tables.
Managing all ongoing and new contracts for Hardware maintenance, Audio/Video systems, firewalls, SLAs, networking infrastructure and software license renewals.
Being the IT Project manager of implementing Digital CMS system in the entire Center.
Being the IT Project manager of the E-Correspondence project; a web based application that manages all the internal memos, circulars, letters, assignments; announcements, and transform it from paper-based into electronic-based.
Being a member of the Social Network of the Director General Committee in which I created and managed all social accounts of the DG as well as registering domain names for the DG website, and contributed in the Web development of the DG website using HTML.
Monitoring the daily access to the Websites from the Center’s Employees.
- Defining an appropriate data cleansing methodology and applying it for resolving ADRPBF database inconsistency issues across all entities.
- Analyzing ADRPBF database set of tuples (relations) and the Financial System, and determining all possible duplicated, corrupted, or missing relations.
- Taking appropriate normalization actions accordingly (Merging Attributes, Replacing tuples by main ones, deletion … etc.).
Fully designing and developing the website of the dental center using HTML5, CSS3, php, and JavaScripts.

•Implementing the whole network for the club “Both the wireless and Local area network (LAN)” that are scalable up to 40 employees.
•Being the Network administrator: placing the club’s server, adding the employees accounts and monitoring the access privileges for each employee
•Professionally designing large events Banners and flags: the 40th National day Dhow race, Formula 1 Race - Abu Dhabi 2011, Volvo Ocean Race - Abu Dhabi 2012, Abu Dhabi Dragon Boat and Surf ski, and Abu Dhabi Sailing and Rowing Festival - 2012.
•Creating and monitoring employees email accounts.
•Creating and modifying user accounts and medical prescriptions per request.

•Data migration from the old system to the new upgraded system with ensuring the accuracy of data, no duplicated data, and no lost data.

•Currently doing my research on developing and managing an IT project in a primary school -mainly for students aged between 6 to 8 years old- which involves the elimination and replacing paper based books, library, and exams with an interactive touch screen interface that suits the user group characteristics. •Fully designed Unified Modelling Language (UML) Diagrams “Use cases, Activity Diagram, Conceptual Class Diagram” for a real world case study provided by Deloitte, the biggest consulting company in the world. •Developed a whole interactive mobile application design for my university that provides all what new students need when joining the university, and is ready to be programmed.
