Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Order acknowledgement, validation/integrity check of order (internal/external customers).
- Administration of staged release of sales orders.
- Order release documentation.
- Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability.
- After-sales customer service to ensure clients to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
- Issue accurate invoices upon delivery of order.
- Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers/suppliers.
