In-Field Project Manager for multi-national automobile manafacturer, responsible for dealer network construction within the Central and Eastern regions of the U.S.
On-site contact for commercial interior fit-outs in the NYC area from pre-construction to close out.
- Responsible for the daily operation of the construction site (LL correspondence, safety etc.), maintaining the project schedule, and coordinating with all sub-contractors/consultants for material delivery and successful installation on site.
- Review RFI’s and submittals for submission to architect/engineering teams. Produce RFI/submittal logs, hot-items lists, and two-week lookaheads for external and internal distribution.
- Attend weekly meetings with client, architect, and project team to discuss project progress, project schedule, and upcoming milestones
Lead for the remobilization of an interior renovation of a Church Community Hall. Project was coordinated to allow for construction without causing interruption to day-to-day community functions.
- Vetted eligibility of sub-contractors by securing COI's, reviewing proposals and distributing contracts for onboarding.
- Performed daily site visits to ensure and document completion of work. Produced daily field reports detailing findings for both internal and external distribution.
- Oversaw permitting process and project documentation to be submitted to DOB.
Support team member for residential interior alterations in the NYC area.
- Conducted initial surveys to prepare schematic design plans for client review.
- Produced CD sets, PAA plans and SK’s.
- Tracked permits, identified outstanding DOB filing issues, and conducted preliminary research for upcoming projects.
Support team member for residential interior renovations (specifically in Landmark districts) and a new construction build-out in the NYC area.
- Produced CD sets for submission to the D.O.B., Landmarks Preservation Commission and FDNY.
- Published a project client-book that documented the existing conditions, construction process and close-out with an index of products and finishes used.
