Analyze data to prepare forecasts and identify trends. Facilitate strategic decision-making by creating detailed
•reports across multiple data axis.
•Distribute progress reports for improved business planning.
• Drive the development of the Annual Strategic Plan working
with business leaders and product line leadership.
• Prepare presentations for Management and compile reports.
• Execute employees' visa renewals & insurance.
• Responsible for the whole Payroll process for business.
• On the go whenever there's a need to go to the bank, or
government establishments for the company's requirement.
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company's management and update the documents.
• Monitor all quality-related activities of the assets.
• Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Prepared maintenance and compliance reports for
executive summaries and presentations.
• Responsible for capturing data of the production of billets.
• Analyze consumption of fuel/electricity/water for production & administration functions of the organization.
• Determining the cost of unit production and tracking weekly
sales figures in line with the monthly sales forecast.
• Submitting statistically-analyzed reports on a daily basis to the
CEO of the company for the management review sessions.
• Performing internal audits of the different departments of the
company in line with the requirements of ISO9001:2015
