Assist in the development of dnata's global footprint through competitive intelligence gathering and analysis of the Airport Airside Service Market
Present and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends in order to identify an opportunity and exploit the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in an untapped market
Assisting in the project management of tenders or RFPs; as well as developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the business development, negotiating, contracting and delivery processes
Managing the Salesforce platform (CRM) for dIAO - Commercial. Recommending and participating in IT development as well as providing users with training and Commercial support
Managed Global Commercial Activities which included relationship management, negotiations, sales, marketing, branding for clients and business opportunities across the organizations global network.
Supported VP Commercial to develop and implement a commercial strategy, sales and marketing strategy and customer profitability analysis of Key accounts.
Developed and enhanced the existing systems to maximise the revenue generating potential and enable the organization to build and maintain important data on its key customers and markets.
Delivered platform improvements within Salesforce (in co-ordination with Salesforce Product Manager) to ensure the best return from the technology through creating efficiency and effectiveness and consistency in CRM processes across the business.
