 Support in external and internal communication strategy
advocacy through:
- Managing all UNICEF visibility in Zaatari, Azraq camps &
Ruwaished.
- Support in design and production of UNICEF Jordan
publications, media digital and video content, internal
communications etc., to decimate and generate dialog with
the targeted audience (donors, partners and public).
- Prepare and review content for some of the
communication publications and products.
- Keep track of all the publications of the UNICEF Jordan
country office (JCO).
- Co-managing /updating content UNICEF Jordan website.
-Monitor on regular basis section’s budgets and its
utilization.
- Processing purchase orders (POs) payments to vendors on
timely basis.
 Supported efficient management for the Long Term
Arrangements (LTAs) of contractors for; printing, designing,
event management, videography, photography and
interpretation, through initiating the POs, assisting in the
evaluation process and drafting the TORs (Terms of reference )
for the announced LTAs, additionally supporting in the technical
evaluation of applying companies, moreover managing two Short
Term Assignment (SSA) contracts through initiating the contracts
, requesting to process the payments, and monitoring the results
received by the contractors.
 Management of events, campaigns and visits to promote country
program goals and responses, additionally supporting the
programs in events printing of publications, training materials
, designs, and arranging logistics for the donors visits to insure
proper visibility material prior to the visits.

 Providing efficient, effective, accurate, clear and courteous
information to individuals during assisting with communications
activities in an assigned area or areas, such as case consultation,
the information center and/or public affairs.
 Verifying that the information provided by the Resettlement
support center in the middle east north and Africa (RSC MENA)
communication department is up to date, relevant and accessible
to all persons.
 In coordination with supervisors, assist with activities related to
public affairs, including drafting attorneys and congressional
responses, as assigned, assisting with producing and distributing
materials for individuals served by RSC MENA, RSC management,
IOM, partners and donors, including print, audio, visual and online
materials. Update Worldwide Refugee Admissions Processing
System(WRAPS) as needed with communications-related content.
 Undertake quality checks (QC) of communications-related data in
WRAPS and other communication tools such as email systems as
directed by Communications team members or supervisors.
 Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all RSC-related
information by implementing control procedures in line with
United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP)standards of
conduct and data protection rules.

Conducting prescreening interviews with the refugees/ applicants;
through interpreting their claims and collecting military service
addendums, in addition gathering other needed information for
processing the cases, covering interviews policies and procedures.
 Enforcing rules and regulations, implementing quality control
measures on the cases to ensure that WRAPS, other relevant
databases, and case files are updated in a timely and effective
manner in order to utilize reports and other oversight
mechanisms, lastly to request security checks.
 Assigned on different temporary duty assignments (TDY(s)) to
Kuwait, Egypt and Kurdistan Region, in order to conduct
prescreening interviews for different nationalities, additionally
interviewed sensitive such as VIS (Victims of ISIS), which enabled
me to promote individual and cultural differences; additionally,
encourage diversity and inclusion wherever possible.
 Worked under the task force team through collecting BFR
information (bona fide relationship information) and updating the
cases accordingly.
 Train other team members to efficiently and effectively manage
the needed activities, and update WRAPS and other databases
accurately, which enabled me empower others to work in the most
effective results and being able to build trust so that all team
members can contribute their best and develop their potential.

employment verification.
