• To meet with immigrants and refugees at the Sanliurfa Immigrant Center (“Center”) and provide the necessary up-to-date information and guidance services to facilitate their access to social services,
• Under the supervision of the program team, in coordination with relevant institutions and organizations, to identify immigrants and refugees with social needs and problems and take steps to provide them with the necessary support,
• The center's social support, education, etc. Ensuring appropriate case management regarding social services in coordination with counseling units.
• Providing appropriate referrals to IOM programs and units such as shelter, protection, emergency case management and social assistance. Using documents and templates such as interagency referral forms, official letters, and referral requests,
• Contributing to the organization of awareness sessions and capacity building activities and ensuring that all
activities proceed smoothly,
• To collect the demands of immigrants and refugees regarding access to social services and to conduct focus
group discussions while planning future activities in coordination with the Center staff,
• Meeting and liaising with relevant local public authorities and non-governmental organizations to improve
immigrants and refugees' access to social services,
• To report weekly, monthly and periodic successes, progress, difficulties, actions taken, and lessons learned in
the performance of activities and tasks,
• Activities include logistics, PI, MEAL, etc. Following up with IOM support units,
• To provide the necessary information, feedback, and documents regarding the development of IOM internal
procedures and workflow at the center,
• It will meet with immigrants and refugees at the Municipal Immigration Center (“Center”) to provide the necessary information and guidance services to facilitate their access to health services and increase health literacy,
• Under the supervision of the program team, in coordination with relevant health institutions and organizations, to identify the health problems experienced by immigrants and refugees and take steps to provide them with the necessary health support.
• Using documents and templates such as interagency referral forms, official letters, and referral requests,
• Reproductive health, mother-baby care, infections, epidemics, breastfeeding, nutrition, etc. Ensuring that all
activities proceed smoothly by contributing to the organization of health awareness sessions,
• If hygiene kits are distributed, ensuring that the list of beneficiaries is determined in advance and shared with the Project Field Coordinator and verifying that the distribution is carried out smoothly and in accordance with
all IOM procedures,
• Meeting and liaising with relevant local public authorities and non-governmental organizations to improve
immigrants' and refugees' access to health services,
• To report weekly, monthly, periodic achievements, progress, challenges, actions taken, lessons learned in the
accomplishment of activities and tasks.
• Developing beneficiaries' access to livelihood and career development plans, working closely with the livelihood advisor on career guidance,
◦ Answering phones from customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. ◦ Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding to customer service problems.
◦ Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
◦ Follow up with customer issue and complaints.
◦ Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Work closely with all teams, fully and completely translating everything said by both parties during consultation or conversation from and to Arabic/Turkish,
• Providing translation support for Refugee Health Education,
• To provide the parties with clear and complete translations of written materials and interpretations of oral
communications and to provide any assistance when requested by any member of the team.
• Maintain an orderly method of filing documents and data for reference, changes made to translated materials
