Lead the transformation of a complex Supply Chain operation from the world’s largest Dairy farm to the shelf spanning 13 countries in the Middle East. Outstanding progress in the reduction of operating costs, working capital, upgrading the warehouse with modern storage technologies, transforming the IT capabilities of the Department and restructuring the Organization.

•Management of a Retail Distribution Operation of 700 trucks covering 30, 000 point of sale,
•Integrated Business Planning: demand forecasting S&OP, production planning, capacity planning, materials requirements planning, Milk planning.
•Responsibility for a headcount approaching 1000 permanents and contractors,
•Opex exceeding 60 Million USD.
•Finished Goods and Raw Materials Warehousing, 30+ regional temperature controlled distribution warehouses located accross Saudi Arabia and the GCC,
•The operation is vertically integrated and includes as well the deployment and the maintenance of the vehicles, the chillers in the stores as well as the construction, maintenance and management of the facilities accross the region.

Supply Chain and Logistics responsible for the 7 AP Markets, based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Scope of work covers: business planning and forecasting through the Integrated Business planning (S&OP) process, sourcing, new products launches, Logistics of a large scale 1.5Billion USD business and operation spanning 7 markets; 1, 600 SKUs; 15 distributors; 30 factories. Leading and organization located in Jeddah and Dubai offices.

Outstanding contribution to the growth of the company from 14Billions SAR at inception to 21Billions SAR over 6years. Lead two major business development initiatives that transformed the business: The introduction of iPhone/smart devices and the retail supply chain, the negotiation of the B2B agreement with STC, the significant reduction of cash flow and the implementation of the e-commerce operation.
Sale Advanced is the largest Telecom distributor and retailer in the Middle East and Africa region. The role consists of managing Purchasing, Supply Planning, Warehousing, Inbound and Outbound Logistics and Transportation for a 5Billion+ USD business covering a large network of 330 telecom retail shops, wholesale, direct distribution to 25, 000, and Business to Business. In addition to that Supply chain handles After Sale Service for Mobile devices through a network of 30 service points and supports the growth strategy of the company by establishing organizations in new markets and holistically managing new categories introduction and organic growth.
