• Study construction documents (civil - structural and related discipline) in detail and develop clear understanding of scope, details and responsibilities.
• Responsible for the review, recommendation and approval of all civil and structural material submittals.
• Responsible for the review and approval of all civil and structural shop-drawings submittals.
• Responsible for the review and approval of civil and structural works construction method statements and its implementation.
• Oversee the contractor’s implementation of the quality assurance program
• Determines and report cases of non-conformance and issues immediate action order or submit report.
• Records all significant events and relevant issue affecting the progress of the works and coordinate with the senior responsible.
• Monitor the material incorporated in the work and check every delivery.
