Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project

Attending regularly scheduled field project meetings and keeping meticulous notes

Duties and responsibilities as stated below:

Perform constructability study, supervision and review concrete structures of slabs, columns, elevator shaft, façade, stairs, retaining wall, block work and all related.
Holding structure works with more than 400 manpower.
Providing technical support to engineer, foreman and general foreman by form updated drawings and specification.
Perform constructability study, supervision and review finishing work, plaster, screed, tiles, kerbstone, interlock, dry walls, fall ceiling, doors, paint and all related.
Holding finishing works with more than 15 subcontractors.
Perform constructability study, supervision and review Facade work, Curtain wall, steel structures, glass, aluminium cladding, aluminium profile, stone cladding, window, door, decorative entrances, and all related.
Holding facade works with different subcontractors.
Providing specialist direction on unusual or difficult engineering issues.
Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and Contractor’s representative during construction.
Controlling subcontractors (Quality of work, Materials Approval Shop Drawings)
Ensure work is proceeding as per contract drawings, specification, methods Statements, vendor’s drawings, recommendation, shop drawings and company policy.
Preparing enquiry and order documents.
Monitoring/Updating progress, critical path analysis and prepare 3 & 8 weeks look ahead.
Establish the resourcing requirements for the section including material stuffing etc…
Perform daily, weekly and monthly production reports and productivity VS budget reports to control the budget of each activity on site.
Producing and processing financial measurements.
Attending meetings and competently communicate with clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.

•Perform constructability study, supervision and review of foundations high elevated concrete structures, concrete paving, open and closed ditches, fire proofing asphalt paving and all related.
•Preparing bar bending schedule (all type of concrete structure), design, and materials submittals.
•Take off quantity mainly civil works, concrete, formwork, steel reinforcement, block works, under ground, finishing, etc …
•Review project planning schedule and prepare 3 weeks look ahead.
•Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any hazards/incidents.
•Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly costed and the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget.
•Control of people on site and give them full support in order to complete the work within the planned date.
