- Define the strategic vision and plan of the global system at enterprise level, translating business objectives and strategy into a system-wide architectural framework.
- Create / Manage / Maintain architecture repositories. (Mapping Information System views, documents)
- Develop a master plan for the transformation of the Information System architecture (target architecture) in line with the strategy of the Business Line.
- Define and maintain a consistent, optimal and future-proof architectural vision for the software solution in line with the governance rules and strategic objectives defined at enterprise level (BSS/OSS).
- Decline this vision into high-level architectural plan and design for software solutions, identifying relevant development standards and defining the overall technical setup.
- Support projects in the upstream phases to define the architecture solutions to meet the needs expressed by the Business in accordance with the target architecture.
- Document this architecture, at the appropriate level of details, using enterprise standards (UML, BPMN 2.0), and make sure it is well understood by all stakeholders (Process Experts, Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Developers/Testers)
- Conduct Information System improvement and rationalization studies in functional, technical and cost terms.
- Assess the relevance and coherence of IT transformation projects in relation to the target architecture by validating the functional and technical architectures before launching.
- Define and enforce Application Life cycle Management and Continuous Integration standards.
- Promote Information System governance as a professional discipline delivering value through the adoption of a structured approach to ensure and achieve alignment with the strategy.

- Provide high quality level shared services in applications (Optical Fiber and Copper infrastructure) support expertise within the framework of the Belgium Sites activities.
- Provide practical support for internal users of our documentation systems, guide them to the different releases of the relevant IT applications. These users provide detailed documentation of our network, and also monitor contractors who perform the necessary fieldwork. This is based on detailed diagrams and drawings that are created from computer systems.
- Share know-how with others in my competency domain and proactively support others to develop and ensure business continuity.
- Define, produce, monitor and communicate at the right levels of the organization a set of key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Develop and apply SLA for activities and manage improvement solutions with own team and Global Experts from users feedback. Work with end users and internal IT department, According to a standardized change management process to detect and clarify new ideas to improve and complement applications.
- Remain and develop the collective memory of the CAD service as transfer into consistent tools.
- Organize the tests for the end users, contribute to the writing of scripts for testing and monitor the availability of different environments.
- Provide training to existing users, both for new and modified features.
- Implement new standardization processes and support the commissioning of new versions, take care of the communication to the users and the support in case of problems.
- Important intermediary between the users and the IT department. In this role, I work on the IT side with analysts, developers and project managers. On the user side, my main contacts are the "key users" of the relevant applications and their management.

- Data Quality reporting:
Gathering information on several Proximus’s databases with SQL queries. Reporting & analysis of the gathered data.
- Test Automation : UFT (HP)
Development (end to end) of automated scripts using descriptive programming to avoid technical failure during the check-in process.
Launch of a Web Service (SOAP/XML) to check if the data have been correctly updated.

Department : FAN/IDE (Fixed Access Network / Infrastructure’s Detailed Engineering) Area 5-1 Liège
Working in the R&D department of the physical layer engineering domain for the Fixed Access Network division.
I am responsible for the design, deployment, engineering of the copper and optical fiber network for the distribution network of the Proximus’s Liège Area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collecting the requirements of the project - business and operational
- Elaboration of technical solutions, in collaboration with experts from other areas and departments to define technical specifications
- Coordination with corporate customers to deploy dedicated in-house cabling and network equipment
- Deployment of own underground copper and fiber cables for the network extension
- Request for offers at subcontractors for the deployment of cabling and/or network equipment
- Follow-up and coordination of the subcontractors and reception of their works
- Request for offers at Dark Fiber providers
- Follow-up of the projects, deliveries, incidents and planned works
- Documentation of the fixed copper and fiber network
- Tracking project progress - Project status reporting
To ensure that the solution is consistent and optimal:
- In line with the strategy, the evolution of the network architecture and objectives of Proximus meets the requirements of the business units
- Optimization of investment and maintenance
My role was to visit the construction site every day and make a report, from the beginning until the end of the construction.
During 3 months I helped the architect in the creation of a factory of photovoltaic panels.
