Clinical Supervisor:
-Manage programs and clients’ (kids) plans.
-Supervise clients (kids) and follow up with staff and parents regarding the client’s behavioral/skill plan.
-Supervise social group classrooms to help kids adapt to the preschool environment classrooms.
-Put behavioral plans and suitable programs for social groups in a pre-school classroom.
-Train parents on how to deal with their Autistic or special needs kids, generate life skills plans, and explain behavioral systems parents can utilize at home.
-Manage and train senior staff therapists on VB-MAPP Assessments
Staff Supervisor:
Supervise and train staff (ABA therapists) with appropriate ABA systems they have to implement with their clients.
-Evaluate staff, give reports to administration, and follow up with staff records.
Description and responsibilities:
-Got trained as a Therapist under Dr. Ron Leaf supervision and his clinical team for 3 weeks.
-Got 1000 Therapy hours then promoted to PS-1 in 2016.
-Got promoted to PS-2 in 2018
-Worked with kids/students from various functioning levels, as well as, with a broad range of programs related to disruptive behaviors, skills deficits, and academic learning.
- I had to shadow kids in schools, monitor their behaviors, redirect them, and help them to socialize within the classroom, and in all other facilities.
- Worked with families and teachers from different cultures helping them with the daily problems they face with their children/students such as social play, frustration tolerance, food tolerance, toilet training, and sleep problems.
I worked as an English teacher. I taught Middle-High school students and used to teach special English curriculums related to specific subjects such as Special Education, Information Technology (IT), Nursery, and Nursing.
I have a good experience in interactive teaching for elementary school and kindergarten
I worked for a year and five months as a translator where I translated audio content, books, and documentary films from English to Arabic / Arabic to English.
Description of Responsibilities, Accomplishments of Skills: (Trained for 2 months):
Worked in a human resource department where I was responsible for choosing specific workers to send them to Iraq. The main job was to Interview new workers and test their skills such as (speaking English, their work accomplishment, etc.) and send emails.
Special Accomplishments: Succeeding in making a trading contract between the company and a Pilipino Company outside Kuwait.
