Responsible for sales and strategy activities in North Africa to promote and expand market share for Artificial Lift Systems product offering by:
* Identifying and building long-term strategic relationships with key customers to develop partnerships and opportunities.
* Collaborating and communicating with other engineering teams to track the design process and deliver projects on time.
* Handling business KPIs’ responsibilities to meet or exceed annual orders target.
* Securing Contractual conformance and alignments with all operational aspects and terms.
* Delivering successful outcomes for customers through innovation & strategic technology solutions.
Responsible of the management and development of a key Accounts portfolio active in the MMM (Mining, Minerals & Metals) and Food & Beverage segment.
Execute the Sales process, with a focus on business solution approach, to achieve growth target and
customer satisfaction.
Develop specific sales strategy for each of the key accounts.
Establish and manage sales budget (margin control and contract profitability).
Market and competition analysis (competitive intelligence, benchmark).
Coordinate between various stakeholders (technical, marketing, legal, supply chain, operations, finance,
sales force, etc..).
Promote and sell a broad range of technical services including the commissioning, maintenance, testing,
retrofit, and upgrade of all major manufacturer's electrical equipment installed at the customer’s site.
Sell turnkey projects ranging from simple replacement of equipment to fully engineered solutions.
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system and maintenance agreements to meet the target.
Main Tasks:
* Manage and develop product and service sales of our partners : KSB & SPX pumps, JOHN CRANE
mechanical seals, FMC TECHNOLOGIES loading systems, REDA-SCHLUMBERGER & Premiere
Pumping Solutions (PPS) ESP equipment, BIW connector systems, MECA-INOX ball valves.
* Monthly report of actions and results to Executive Management and partners.
* Manage all project construction activities (planning, scheduling, monitoring, forecasting) and
cost control.
* Lead site meetings with contractors and sub-contractors.
* Ensure construction quality and completeness in conformity to the agreed design; conduct
detailed review of engineering project documents for constructability, feasibility, and
maintainability prior to execution.
* Ensure conformity of materials and/or procedures.
* Ensure use of good engineering practices throughout construction phase and performing on site
Quality Control activities.
* Work with management and Project Engineers to develop project scope/design solutions, cost
estimation, specify/procure materials/services, and perform cost tracking/forecasting/progress
reporting duties.
* Manage and evaluate contractors and sub-contractors performances.
* Review, approve and maintain contractor documentations.
* Establish and supervise punch list procedures and schedules, including the coordination with
pre-commissioning and start-up team.
* Prepare method statement, risk assessment and establish permit of work.
* Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and
employees.
• Manage all project construction activities (planning, scheduling, monitoring, forecasting) and
cost control.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and
procedures; complying with legal regulations and norms (ISO 9001, ISO14001).
• Order materials and schedule inspections throughout the construction process.
• Design and supervise in workshop the manufacture of electric switchboards and panels, sheet
metal, pipes, wellheads and welded parts.
• Prepare and negotiate with Executive Management, budget and human resources allocation on
production sites.
• Manage the implementation of audit systems and certification programs.
• Prospect new export market and research of partnership (Algeria, Libya, France, Spain and Italy).
