• Daily VC/TP testing & report sending appropriate authority (Client) Polycom & Cisco Devices.

• Company mail configuration, archive, backup & restoration like Lotus Outlook etc.
• All Type Projector Installation Setup & troubleshooting monitoring
• To log and prioritize system and user support calls for 2nd and 3rd line support teams.
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate.)
• Document issue resolutions for future reference. Testing and evaluating new technology
• Customer IT Asset management & Create IMAC request/support & submit to asset team
• MDM (Mobile Device management) for mobile mail configuration in organization
