1. Reconciliation for Assets and Liability Items in the Balance Sheet.
2. Reviewing daily Transactions (AP / AR / GL) before posting it and importing reports from Interface (Maximo, Payroll, FCTD, Depreciation).
3. Ensuring all the Revenue, Expenses, accruals and adjustments are accounted properly before closing the Books for the month.
4. Reviewing the Costing for Staff Cost, Checking for variances verses last month payroll.
5. Reviewing Daily Payments & Collections & Comparing it with Ageing Report (AP / AR)
6. Setting Monthly collection Targets for the Collectors and reviewing the Actual vs. Targets set.
7. Ensuring proper allocation of Jobs within the Finance Team and following up with them to ensure the Jobs are understood and Targets achieved - setting guidelines and providing necessary support where ever required.
8. Review the monthly Inventory Report vs. the Balance Sheet.
9. Providing Operations management with Actual PTD & YTD P & L vs. Budget.
10. Reviewing Monthly variance analysis of Actual Revenue and Expenses against Budget (PTD and YTD).
11. Assisting Operation Managers in preparing Budget for next year by taking their feedback and based on contracts entered and analysis of the past trends and business forecasts.
12. Preparing QBR (Quarterly Budget Review) in coordination with Operations Managers and submitting to Top Mgt.
13. Answering the queries and submitting various reports in connection to the financial statements to the Auditors. Reviewing the Draft submitted by the Auditors before finalizing the Financials for the Year.

11.Assigning authority & responsibility within the finance team and ensuring proper job allocation. Ensure the Jobs are understood and Targets achieved - setting guidelines and providing necessary support where ever required.
12.Answering the queries and submitting various reports in connection to the financial statements to the Auditors.
13.Reviewing the Draft submitted by the Auditors before finalizing the Financials for the Year
1. Clearing of Payments & Receivables on daily basis and preparing reconciliation for Bank and Cash on monthly basis before Month end.
2. Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts and maintaining a proper backup for disputed transactions.
3. Conducting Inventory Audit for spare parts and recommend adjustments to operations in case of any short falls / excess.
4. Review the monthly Inventory Report vs. the Balance Sheet.
5. Processing of FA - capitalization and running depreciation and distribution of Asset ID to respective depts. for tagging.
6. Preparing AP Ageing Report and ensuring payments are done for due Invoices
7. Monthly analysis of Actual Revenue and Expenses against Budget (PTD and YTD) and giving justifications to Top management for variances.
8. Assisting Operation Managers in preparing Budget for next year by taking their feedback and based on contracts entered and analysis of the past trends and business forecasts.
9. Assisting the Finance manager in liaising with auditors, answering their queries and submitting various reports in connection to the financial statements. Reviewing the Draft submitted by the Auditors before finalizing the Financials for the Year.
