Responsible for jobsite operations including onsite activities, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives and
others as may be assigned within area of responsibility.
Supervision of 30 vertical turbine pumps for all pivots.
Establishes, coordinates and implements construction schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment
requirements.
Controls job at site expenditures in assigned area for labor, equipment, material and services.
Responsible for overall supervision of the subcontractor or supplier works at site.
Keep, monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
Inspection, sampling to assure that compliance with the contract specification.
Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of Mechanical works ensuring compliance with the
contract documents.
• Prepare all site documentations such as local contracts, work completion certificates, pivot handover official certificates and
daily-weekly -monthly construction reports.

Monitoring and check all mechanical works such as installation of pump and welding of pump pipes and
supervision of quality control / work performance.
Check and inspect on site the mechanical material used if it represents to the materials previously approved
and accepted conforming to the specification stipulated in the contract.
Inspect the work done by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice
Prepare the site construction reports (daily-weekly) and construction schedule plan and get the approval by client representative and make special notes and document the contractor’s activities that may lead to claims.
Provide necessary technical reports / recommendation as required by the Client for any project specific issues.
Attend meetings with PMO & Client and regularly attend site technical coordination meetings with Contractor.
Prepare weekly Materials Report to ensure that all works accomplished complies with the specification
requirements.
Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
Review and assist the project team to compile all documents at handing-over for submission to the Client.
Review the site progress and assist in the review of the contractor’s interim payment application.

Supervision and monitoring side work progress, control all activities Such as.
1-Piping Works:- Inspection for incoming materials, Preparation of Inspection Plan, Inspection for Fabrication and Erection of piping works, Plumpness inspection, Final Alignment checking and documentation.
2-Responsible to ensure that work carried out by construction team complies with companies quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with the end-user specifications and requirement’s.
3-Plans and implements procedures to ensure construction operations are continuously adhering to engineering designs, specifications, quality standards, schedules.
4-Monitoring pump stations installation.
5-Prepared pipe line system punch list. And reviewing AS‐BUILT drawings. Review mechanical completion dossier
6-Pre-commissioning Activities: - Final check-up for the entire system, Finalize all testing activities like Pneumatic test, Hydro test, Flushing & internal cleaning for piping.
7-Reporting directly to the Project Manager .
8-Attend progress meetings with end-use and Project Manager.
9-Chair weekly meeting with other departments of Planning, QA/QC and Procurement.
10- liaise with all departments in reference to the construction side of the project

Reporting directly to the Project Manager or Projects Director.
1-To be responsible for the day-to-day running of Construction Sites.
2-To liaise with all departments in reference to the construction side of the project.
3- Responsible to ensure that work carried out by construction department complies with companies quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with the clients specifications.
4-Attend progress meetings with Client’s representative and or Project Managers.
5-Chair weekly meeting with construction team.
6- Chair weekly meeting with other departments of Planning, QA/QC and Procurement.

Daily surveillance, observation and monitoring work progress at site in the construction of Huge Tank (Buffer, Recovered Oil and backwash Clarifier Tanks). Carried out Fit up and Visual welding inspection and all testing for Tanks Welding activities (NDT). To ensure that all activities carried out by the contractor comply with project procedure and specification maintaining quality and safety. To keep track records and documentation for all the related works in the project.

Daily surveillance, monitoring and inspection work on inlet and outlet gas boot lines with all accessories. Construction activities such as:-
Fit up, Welding, Painting and Coating, Holiday Test, Hot tapping and cold Tie In

Daily surveillance, observation and monitoring work progress at site and in Fabrication Shop, conducting inspection to witness ongoing erection activities- Carried out material inspection on pipe and fittings. Related inspection upon prefabrication and
Erection of piping, connection to new and existing equipment. Reviewed test package, carried out line check, hydro testing and inspection during Tie in to Life Plant.
Ensuring all activities carried out compliance with procedure/client requirements, specification and properly documented.

Surveillance work on Tanks Construction- Inspection and monitoring field activities as follows:-
Tanks fit-up and welding visual inspection, tank shell courses, roof and bottom plates Painting /coating, installation of tank shell, all testing for Tanks Welding activities(NDT), hydro testing and all relative activities regarding to tank.
