o Working with client’s business teams in all parts of the business to gather conceptual business needs, translate them into clear functional business requirements.
o Create process models, diagrams, charts, data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations,
o Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
o Build data models in Python or R, Experience with ETL tools (Power BI, Tableau) with the ability to develop ETL design. Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer’s business, prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
o Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
o Build automated reporting and dashboards using advanced analytics and automation.
o Leading a team of technologists in the areas of application and infrastructure engineering, IT services, service transformation, service management, and metrics and reporting. o Oversee day-to-day management and communication of required managed service providers for contract and SLA compliance. o Improvement ITIL initiatives including incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, and asset management. o Build and maintain relationships with other IT leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those and can respond with agility to changing business priorities. o Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IT operations environment. o Maintain IT Infrastructure (Servers, Firewall, IP Phones, LAN/WAN, Switches, Zoom rooms etc.) o Research and implement new solutions for organization-wide technical challenges (e.g., SSO, password management, file storage, etc.).
o Evaluating existing business processes to formulate new business programs and initiatives o Leading process review and improvement initiatives to ensure smooth transitions o Coordinating with other team members in the organization to create or improve workflows o Educating other departments on new processes, sharing ideas, and taking feedback o Designing & Development business process workflows o Identifying and recommending improvements to existing processes based on industry best practices and current technology trends o Providing Recommendations in selection of new ERP software systems o Supporting a company's data security policies by ensuring that access is only given to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis.
o Developing/Managing annual IT budget, purchasing software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
o Management of IT dept. LAN & WAN administration of 3 LABs (90 Pcs).
o Teach across a broad spectrum of computer science and information systems topics and courses.
o Actively engage with students in-class, provide constructive feedback on assignments
o Develop and maintain information systems curricula in both classroom and online formats
o Write SQL code based on functional specification and technical design.
o Adhere to architectural standards and develop designs that consider impact with other aspects of the database and appropriately leverage existing code.
o Proficiency in database development (MS SQL) and scripting languages ASP.
Experience utilizing advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers and SSIS packages, Provide technical leadership on database systems and solutions.
o Experience with Agile/Scrum, TDD/BDD is desired and solid understanding of the SDLC.
o Experience on .NET Framework developing Web, Windows applications in Microsoft Visual Studio environment using .NET, C#, VB 6.0, WEB APIs / RESTFUL APIs/ SOAP using, XML, JSON.
o Perform on-site installation and/or training of Microsoft Software and assist customers in network configuration and administration.
o Design, develop, debug, and modifies components of software applications and tools.
o Drive technical direction at the application/product level for small to mid-sized projects.
o Designing & Development ERP reports using crystal Reports.
