Main Achievements
• Improvement on material master data in ERP system
o Identified duplicated / similar sku’s. Initially reduced 500 skus which resulted to the drop in the inventory cost of spares. Implemented a regular review of materials which includes identifying obsolete and non-moving materials.
o Revised receiving form to capture critical information of items received which are used to update the master data in the ERP system. This help the engineers to easily identify available materials in ERP system. This was also useful to the procurement team; it helps them in sourcing the correct materials based on information in the ERP system.
• Implemented ABC classification and daily inventory cycle count
o Introduces ABC classification in doing inventory counts and implemented daily inventory cycle counts. This improves the inventory accuracy from 95% to 100%.

➢ Payroll monitoring report directly links payroll with daily activity. This reports is used to review rationalize manpower cost.
