Main Responsibility

Main Achievements
• Improvement on material master data in ERP system
o Identified duplicated / similar sku’s. Initially reduced 500 skus which resulted to the drop in the inventory cost of spares. Implemented a regular review of materials which includes identifying obsolete and non-moving materials.
o Revised receiving form to capture critical information of items received which are used to update the master data in the ERP system. This help the engineers to easily identify available materials in ERP system. This was also useful to the procurement team; it helps them in sourcing the correct materials based on information in the ERP system.
• Implemented ABC classification and daily inventory cycle count
o Introduces ABC classification in doing inventory counts and implemented daily inventory cycle counts. This improves the inventory accuracy from 95% to 100%.

➢ Material issuance, monitors material issuance per project and with accountability to project supervisors. This reduced material theft and loses by 90%.
➢ Purchase requisition, created a system which triggers a purchase requisition based on minimum inventory level. This reduces out of stock of materials which leads to delay in projects.
➢ Payroll monitoring report directly links payroll with daily activity. This reports is used to review rationalize manpower cost.

I am Overall in-charge for the operation for the UHT Milk materials and finish good warehouse. Responsible for the following key functions, warehouse operations, inventory control, delivery, process control and quality, ensuring complete and on-time delivery to NADEC centers.
Main Achievements
1. Developed and implemented SOP for warehouse operations.
2. Arranged warehouse physical location per SKU and implemented GWP.
3. Strict implementation of FEFO, reduced complains of FEFO violation from 10 / month to 0 within 3 months of implementation.
4. Implemented daily inventory cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy.
5. Implemented 3 shift operations which reduce the overtime from 6, 000 hrs to 3, 000 hrs per month.

Responsible for the following key functions, order preparation, ensuring FEFO is strictly complied, cold chain operations, WMS processing, truck routing, dispatching and delivery monitoring. I am responsible for KPI ratings for outbound operations.
Main Achievements
1. Revised the picking process flow, and together with the customer service group set order cut-off per region. This resulted in an increase on-time delivery percentage from 80% to 99% within two months.
2. Implemented and champion the SAP WMS “Pick to Light System” and “RF Picking” Project.
