Stock rotating eg use of FIFO method to enhance smooth running of store activities.
Stores replenishment so as to have continuity of operations.
Stores counts to ascertain physical stock and the books of record for reconciliation purposes.
Receipt and issuance of Stores to various departments as clearly indicated in requisition.
And in my roles experience, l have done orientation of the new staff and helped them to understand procurement and store operation procedures to enhance performance and working as a team.
l also implemented use of a centralised printer that saved wastage and promoted accountability.
