Managing assigned vendors to deliver improved benefits and continuous refinement of existing
service by implementing the TQRDC framework.

Schedule monthly S&OP meetings with internal stakeholders.
Reviewing warehouse inventory count reports (annual stock count), research discrepancies thus
highlighting dead stocks and ensure timely adjustments.
Efficiently harmonize local documentation process resulting in reduction of custom deposit cost,
storage, and demurrages for client (3M).
Efficiently minimizing the gap in transport ‘leg’ between delivery from ‘DC’ to customs and delivery from supplier to inventory through close monitoring of orders once in export phase.
Coordinate with multiple business groups for the movement of stock and non-stock orders to enable
meeting quarterly billing targets.
Work with sales team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy and demand patterns.
