•HR & Business Strategy:
•Lead in setting up HR departments (policies, procedures, practices) of new JV venture companies of the Group, in conjunction with the International HR team/practice of the JV/Strategic Partner
•Serve as a Shared
Onboarding and Development :
Responsibilities of conduction of smooth onboarding & induction for new joinees.
Review and update HR/OD Policies as needed for purposes of ensuring consistent implementation, interpretation and timely communication of policy memos and compliance.
Training/Talent Management:
• Contribute towards the development of the associates by organizing and delivering trainings and learning sessions.
• Serve as a resource on competencies and development tools and resources for managers and associates.
Associate Relations:
Handle complex investigations that are high risk situations and reduce corporate liability.
Analyze engagement data and partner with managers and HRAs for possible recommendations.
Performance Management:
Respond to associate and manager inquiries regarding performance management tools and assist managers during the formal review process.
Coach managers on all aspects of performance improvement including Improvement Plans, Warnings, formal coaching, etc.
CompensationManagement
Consult on solutions for a variety of compensation-related issues.
Partner with HRA/Total Rewards to analyze systemic rewards concerns.
Responsible fororganizing the training and development activities for the executive trainees and other employees.
Responsible for coordination of recruitment activities, including the All India Entrance Test, psychometric tests etc.
Development of new HR Initiatives - such as Employee Assistance Program, Career Anchors, “Best Co-Worker of week”, “ Decorate your Bay” Contest etc.
Have worked at Singrauli Power Plant (UttarPradesh) during rotational transfer in Employee Development Section and handled Employee Development and Training Programmes including Industrial Engineering, Training Needs Analysis, Preparing Training Calender, Conducting and Evaluating Training and Development for Managers and Workmen.
Initiating e-learning programs.
